The Christmas deals are heating up with Black Friday coming quick. Below is information I received from BFAds.net. Most interesting to me is knowing that Amazon will be offering a lot of other stores' Black Friday deals online, saving us the trip from going to the stores and dealing with the crowds! Wednesday through Monday is my favorite (and busiest) time to shop online for Christmas. After that, there are still plenty of deals each day, you just have to pay attention. Remember to comment on my Christmas Gifts post if you are looking for something specific, and if I find a deal on it, I will post here. Happy Shopping!
Info from BFAds.net:
If you were thinking about heading out to Target today to get the Nintendo DSi for $119, Amazon is saving you the trip by offering the Nintendo DSi Console (Matte Black Color Only) for $119 with free shipping and no tax in most states here: http://bfads.net/Link/2654 This price is only valid for the matte black colored DS; if you want the white version, you'll have to still get it at Target (http://bfads.net/Link/2664). However, if you want the black version, you can only get it at Amazon.
11:20am Update: Amazon has bumped up the price of both DSi to $149. There is a chance the price will come back down, so stay tuned!
9:15am Update: Target is now also selling the White Nintendo DSi Console for $119 + $4.19 shipping through Amazon.
Additionally, Amazon is selling the LG BD570 Blu-ray Player w/ Wi-Fi and Netflix Streaming for $127 w/ Free Shipping and no tax in most states here: http://bfads.net/Link/2658 How does this Blu-ray player compare to the LG BD530 Blu-ray Player that sold for $65 a couple days ago (http://bfads.net/Link/2668)and is it worth almost twice the price? It really depends on what you want out of your Blu-ray player. If you're looking for a bare-bones player to just play Blu-ray titles, the BD570 probably isn't for you. But if you're looking for a top quality Blu-ray player that will play pretty much anything (includingDivX, MKV, MP4, M2TS, etc.), can stream Netflix HD and has Wi-Fi networking, this is a top choice. And it's by far the best price we've seen on the BD570 (normally retails for $150-160).
Amazon has stated that they will be actively price-matching other retailers' door-buster prices, so even if, for instance, Wal-Mart doesn't put their door-buster items online, there is a chance they'll be available on Amazon! It also looks like many retailers will be starting their online Black Friday sales on Thanksgiving! This gives you two options to purchase Black Friday sales items: if you miss out online, you still have ample time to get in line for the in-store sale!
